Q: What is MOBIX Park & Charge?
A: With MOBIX, drivers can find, book, and pay for private parking and EV charging spots. These spots are offered by other MOBIX users.

Q: How does a charging session work?
A: You'll be notified when someone books your charging point (make sure to allow push notifications for MOBIX!). To start, go to the Park & Charge location and start the session in the MOBIX app. Check out via the app when done.

Q: What does it cost to charge my EV with MOBIX?
A: The charging provider sets the price per hour for parking and charging. This will appear in the app before booking, and the total price is evaluated as time x price per hour.

Q: Are there any fees?
A: Yes, there are two fees: 1) A booking fee, payable through the app. 2) Providers receive payment minus the MOBIX platform fee (15%) and PayPal service fee (if applicable, 2.49% + 0.30 USD). Depending on the transaction method, the amount of the fees are either displayed in the MOBIX app wallet or in the PayPal account.

Q: Are there any legal regulations I need to consider when using MOBIX?
A: Depending on the country and region where you use MOBIX, local laws and regulations may apply—especially when providing private charging spots. Please check the relevant legal requirements in your area.

I have found the app to be stable. Only issue is when i pedal too fast on my ebike it says i went too fast and cancels the reward. A bit frustrating to have to slow down for the reward. Last stake drop has unlinked my address and can't link it to claim tokens. On the up side i think it is a great app that gets me moving so i love it. Well donr Mobix.

It was working fine until the latest update, it stopped working. after login it just shows white blank screen not loading anything, nothing works. I am worried I have stakes mobix tokens here.

This app show many more time an error has occurred. Ooops!there was an error fetching your MOBIX account. What's the problems I really don't understand. Please solve this problem quickly.
