About this app

This application is specifically designed to help coffee roasters find out the level of maturity of the roasted coffee beans in real-time. By detecting object images using a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model, the application can determine the maturity profile of coffee beans (light, medium, dark). In addition, users can access additional information about Robusta coffee, the roasting process, as well as light, medium and dark maturity profiles of Robusta coffee beans.
