The application makes it possible to obtain information about specific execution proceedings. Here you can find out whether an execution is being carried out against a specific person, what enforced obligation is involved in the execution and which bailiff has been entrusted with the execution of the execution. The application uses the Central Record of Executions.
What is the Central Record of Executions?
The central record of executions is a public list that is kept, operated and administered by the Chamber of Executions of the Czech Republic in accordance with the provisions of § 125 of Act No. 120/2001 Coll., Execution Rules.
What can't I find in the Central Record of Executions?
The central record of executions does not contain data on the execution of decisions led by courts, executions led by state and local government authorities, financial authorities or health insurance companies.
Legal and natural persons can be searched for in this application. There is a fee for obtaining each statement, there is also a separate fee for displaying the execution detail. A fee is charged for each individual lustration, even if the subject of the lustration has not been traced. Subjects can be searched by name or ID number. The statement is always valid at the time of lustration and is stored on the user's phone.
