DataTako brings your business intelligence with you.

Every report, every dashboard, every KPI you'd open on your laptop, all one tap away on your phone or tablet. DataTako is the mobile companion to the DataTako analytics platform, giving your team the same reports and dashboards they use on the web, wrapped in a native experience designed for the way people actually work on the move.

What you can do
• View every Power BI report your organisation shares with you
• Browse folders and dashboards the same way as on the web
• Read shared PDFs and documents alongside your reports
• Chat with your organisation's AI assistants to ask questions about your data
• Get an at-a-glance overview of your recently opened reports
• Switch between organisations if you belong to more than one
• Sign in with a password, Microsoft 365, or a one-tap magic link

For administrators
Run your DataTako environment on the go, no laptop required.
• Invite new users, assign roles, and manage 2FA
• Create and edit user groups, and control who has access to what
• Configure reports, folders, subscriptions, and smart alerts
• Set up and manage AI chat agents for your organisation
• Upload and manage shared media (PDFs, documents)

Fully branded for your organisation
DataTako is a whitelabel platform. When your organisation configures its own branding, the app adopts it too: your logo, your colours, your app name.

This app is the mobile companion to the DataTako platform. To sign in you need an active DataTako user account that belongs to an organisation. If your organisation doesn't use DataTako yet, visit datatako.com or contact your organisation's administrator to be added.
