Map is inaccurate and will not let you access or add or report more than one account at same address. Point of that? Still have to login to main website to bill pay. Poor design and interface no way to associate account no with a password. Anyone can get your account number. The map on the website and app does not reflect actual outages? Why? If you call in, and report an outage, you should be able to look on the map and see the outages actual outages in area w/o acct info

The app is horrible don't waste your time downloading it. It won't even show my full bill and when I called to ask about it all they said was yeah it doesn't work for everyone.??? Absolutely garbage.

App isn't loading any information. It worked just fine about a week ago when I checked to see when my payment was due, but won't load information today.
