Android app frequently crashes since updating and it take me at least 5 minutes extra to get the badge reader to open the doors to my office to work. reviewed with other in my building, all Android users experience the same, sometimes just opening the app it crashes. wouldn't use this app if I didn't have to for work

As others have pointed out, this is a very unstable app. It constantly crashes and/or doesn't work at all. Additionally, if you are switching devices, you have to contact support to get a new mobile key.

app keeps force closing itself. not working consistently. may have to uninstall and stop using if it doesn't get better by the end of the month.
