Android app frequently crashes since updating and it take me at least 5 minutes extra to get the badge reader to open the doors to my office to work. reviewed with other in my building, all Android users experience the same, sometimes just opening the app it crashes. wouldn't use this app if I didn't have to for work

Doesn't work well after update. Closes unexpectedly or takes several times of opening and closing app to make it work.
