M&N GROUP is a practical stock-management app built for retail and grocery staff. Log every product's expiry date, get warned 7 days before it goes out of date, and run your daily opening and closing store checks — all in one simple, offline-friendly app.

WHAT IT DOES

• Scan any product barcode with the camera.
• Product name auto-fills from the built-in store catalogue (5,000+ items).
• Enter the expiry date in DD/MM/YY format — auto-formatted as you type.
• Get a local reminder 7 days before each product expires. No missed dates.
• See your stock at a glance: EXPIRED (red), UNDER 7 DAYS (amber), FRESH (green).
• Search and filter your stock instantly.

DAILY STORE CHECKS

• Mark the morning opening check and the evening closing check done each day.
• 14-day calendar shows exactly which checks were completed and which were missed.
• Tap any past day to backfill a check you forgot to mark.
• Set your own reminder times for morning and evening checks.

SEND REPORTS TO HEAD OFFICE

• Generate a professional PDF report — colour-coded, easy to read.
• Choose what to include: Date Check, Store Checks, or Both.
• Send via Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Drive, or any share app on your phone.
• Plain-text share and copy-to-clipboard options for quick messages.

MULTIPLE STAFF, ONE ADMIN

• Every staff member has their own login.
• Admins can reset staff passwords from inside the app.
• "Forgot password" link on the login screen.

BUILT-IN PRODUCT CATALOGUE

• 5,000+ common UK grocery / off-licence / newsagent products pre-loaded.
• Scan → product name fills in instantly. Works offline.
• Falls back to Open Food Facts for anything not in the catalogue.

PERMISSIONS
