Ratings and reviews

Program doesn't work. When I select the sign-in button, I am redirected to a blank white screen. No amount of time soent waiting results in anything loading. Reinstalling the program doesn't work either.

Incredibly difficult to use and extremely poor design. Makes even the simplest task into a huge ordeal. The fact that it uses a second, third-party app just to perform authentication is a terrible, cumbersome design that impedes usage. The app will only create an image of the page you are looking at, so if you hop to the other (required) app to retrieve a code, you will be reset to the login screen and require another code. Also, some functionality straight up does not work.

Yeah. hell with this thing. took me 3 hours with tech support to set it up on my phone. but I can't watch the required material on my phone. Somehow my desktop and my laptop are not compatible... what?? junk, absolute junk.
