About this app

The Fentrack Application aims to allow professional Trustees (hereinafter “the User”) to find the history and information of a joinery manufactured by OXXO EVOLUTION, based on a QR CODE or a unique alphanumeric code, in order to manage any problems reported to them on their works by an occupant (hereinafter the “End Customer”) and to obtain, if the conditions are met, advice or intervention from the service OXXO after-sales service, or one of its partners, by sending an intervention sheet generated in the application. OXXO EVOLUTION has no obligation to achieve results upon transmission of an intervention sheet and is not required to respond to a request made to it via the Application. Use of the Application requires the creation of a user account with an email address and a confidential password.
