I relied on this app every treatment day, and the start/stop time feature was one of its most valuable tools. Even if the timestamps weren’t always perfect, they helped me estimate how much longer my session would last. Removing that feature makes it much harder to track treatment progress, and the app is far less useful now. I would rate it lower if I could.

I've been waiting for it to update for over a day. It won't even let me log in. It's crazy how a medical app is so poorly made. Even when I can use it, sometimes it won't save data and it crashes if I just go through the menu too quickly. I tried reinstalling but now I need to reenter my login info. I forgot my username. I tried to recover it and now it says there's an error. All my info is correct. I can't call support until morning. Sick people depend on this app so why is it so bad?

App was working fine until the last few days, now I can't enter any treatment info, the error message is that there was an error loading my data. After nosing around a bit, I finally get the error message that the server is down for maintenance...? The app was updated on 4/9/2025, that appears to have broken things..... roll it back or fix it! I'd have given it five stars when it worked, but now, not so much.
