A modern minimalistic prayer times app with the official prayer times for all islands of the Maldives from the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.

**If your local prayer times differ from the prayer times provided by the app you should follow the former. And please report the discrepancy so that we can address the issue in an upcoming release.**

Permissions explanation:
- Network access: to send bug reports and usage statistics.
- Run at startup: To setup prayer time notifications at startup. When the device is turned off, Android removes all future notification requests that have already been made, thus they need to be set again when the device is turned on.
- Control vibrate: To vibrate device on notification.
- Prevent phone from sleeping: This permission is used only at Fajr to setup notifications for all the prayer times for the day. Using this permission, the device screen will be turned on (only at Fajr) for a brief moment before setting up the notifications. This had to be done as on some devices (e.g. Samsung Galaxy devices) when the notifications are setup while the device screen is off, the notifications do not arrive on time.

Ratings and reviews

I have been using this app since 2016. This is the best app i have come across for the purpose it's been made for. I got one little suggestion, though. Please make the widget customizable in terms of color so that it can go well with those of us who prefer dark themes.

Love the minimalist design. Wish there was an option to adjust the font size of the widget. Great work!!
