Ratings and reviews

The concept of this app is awesome. However, there are times everything is seamless from placing your reservation to checking into the hotel... and there are times where there is nothing but gaps from not receiving your email confirmations to the hotel bot having your reservation. If they could improve their communications on the backside of things, I'd give 5 stars. I wish more hotels would jump onto this concept.

Modified to five stars since they did actually respond and are working with me to resolve their issues.

Worthless! Tried to use them twice to book a spot to work out of town for the day and both times the hotel never received my reservation. I was stuck working out of my car. Do not use!!!
