Ratings and reviews

3rd time reviewing, have seen some improvement within the service. The viewing experience is solid, but the subscription model is still a major drawback. I don’t like that you’re forced to subscribe and then go through the hassle of canceling, just to access a single PPV event. Platforms like Amazon and others allow you to purchase PPVs without a commitment. DAZN should offer that same flexibility. This is a dealbreaker for a lot of fans, including me.

Uselesa. Downloaded the app for roku to watch the club world cup. So far, there has been a 1-2 hour delay in tbeir broadcasting of "live" matches. I downloaded the app to my phone to see if that would be any better, the matches wouldn't even open. Looks like I'm going to have to depend on Univision and I don't think they're showing every match.

Terrible experience from a football monopoly. Incredibly immoral cancellation process. They want adds to cover as much of your viewing as possible, as often as possible. Just charge more and show no ads! If I'm paying, I want zero ads from you. No BS ads besides the score. No BS ads for your other shows, while I'm watching a live game. No BS ads that take up half of the bottom screen, acting like it's just showing a bigger version of the score. The score is already in the top left!
