About this app

DB Pay is the app that lets Deutsche Bank customers pay with their phone.

With it you can:

- Make payments via Bizum. Request and send money to anyone you want, without needing their account number. You only need their mobile phone number to send and receive money instantly.

- Pay with your mobile phone as if it were your card. Download your cards and pay conveniently at any establishment with your smartphone. Simply unlock your device's screen and hold it near the terminal until the payment is completed. All you need is a smartphone with contactless (NFC) technology.

- Activate and deactivate your cards temporarily and decide where you can use them.

- Set a spending limit for your instant transfers and Bizum payments.

- Configure fingerprint authentication for quick and easy login.

Log in with your online banking credentials and start using the app now.

Ratings and reviews

Wanted bisum. Activated ok, even using biometric acces to the app works. But options are greyed out, so I can't do anything. I called db, they advised to delete cookies and reinstall app. Nothing still. Called them again, they said they will open ticket and call me back. 5 days and nothing. Useless app and useless customer service, very disappointed...

It does not work. It is impossible to use Bizum. It asks for an SMS code that never arrives, and the resend link does not work. A complete waste of time and very disappointing.

Can't change language, no finger print access only log in with credentials is time consuming. Card from pocket is faster and more convenient. Could be easily improved app.
