The app and the overall user experience is terrible. Biometric login consistently fails with a message like "Oops, it's not possible to use biometric login now". Now!?! You have to jump back and forth between the app and the portal, because it's not enough to have username, password, biometric data and a TOTP generator like the others do, you also need every now and then an "e-code" that is only available on the portal. The portal has a URL that always makes me think of phishing. Terrible.

Ci dispiace per il problema riscontrato per approvazione biometrica acquisti. Awful. Horrible. Totally unreliable. It took me several minutes to go through the "update your data" just to get in the end "something went wrong, please retry" (is this an error message? Something went wrong? What did go wrong?!? Please be more specific). This app is so bad that maybe I'll change credit card. Be ashamed of yourself.

Unusefull, every time I open this app I need to reset password then I am redirect to another buggy application. If I want to see my card front I open my wallet...
