Getting started with DBL Go Plus is a breeze:

Self-register through the app or visit your nearest Dhaka Bank branch to apply for mobile app registration. Alternatively, you can contact our 24/7 Contact Center at 16474 or [phone] for assistance.
Download and install the DBL Go Plus mobile app.
Log in using your mobile number and secure password. Upon your first login, you'll receive a verification code.
Call our Contact Center and provide the verification code to complete your registration.
You can register up to three mobile devices with your DBL Go Plus account. If you switch devices in the future, simply re-verify by contacting our Contact Center.

Biometric/Face ID login registration is broken. I get the OTP when attempting to set up the feature but the keyboard does NOT pop up to allow me to enter the code. Since I am unable to enter the code, I can't use the feature. Bug needs to be fixed.

Pls TD account cancel option Add in Dhaka bank go plus apps. Another bank apps already have this option.. Its easy to use..

Poor customer service, the bank is however okay but ATM booths are not available everywhere. customer service is very poor.
