Update Jan 2024: No improvements in loading times. Unacceptable. Occasionally doesn't even let you log in. Initial review: The loading times needs to be addressed. It's horrible. Takes over 30 seconds just to get to the "Deals" page which held up my checkout process. It's not a connection issue either. I tried it at home with Wi-Fi and it still takes that long to load.

It continues to freeze and cause my phone to restart. Never seen an app so screwed up it essential hacks your phone. No way I feel confident my information is secure on this app.

Excuse the pun but this is an udder waste of time. I spent $93 and the cashier struggled to scan it in. Eventually she said the points were recorded. A week later I spent $41 and discovered there were zero points in my account. Again a cashier had difficulty and told me the points would prbly show up in a few minutes. Went to customer service where the clerk entered the 41 pts manually. I still have zero points. Then I asked myself why am I bothering? About to uninstall the app.
