Update Jan 2024: No improvements in loading times. Unacceptable. Occasionally doesn't even let you log in. Initial review: The loading times needs to be addressed. It's horrible. Takes over 30 seconds just to get to the "Deals" page which held up my checkout process. It's not a connection issue either. I tried it at home with Wi-Fi and it still takes that long to load.

I've been a patron of Stew's for years. I used to visit the location in Connecticut. So, when they moved to Yonkers, I was excited to see them join my community. The app however it is a disaster. I had to visit customer service several times to check on this app to see why I was unable to see the points I have accumulated over the pass several months. They were fantastic with their assistance, and I was still unable to sign in. It doesn't respond to my email request to change my password.

App offers very little, eventually when I had a few rewards it logged me out and never let me log back in. Emailed support and they never got back to me twice. Haven't gone back since, not a fan of the meats there or covid price gauging do on individual products which they never did in the past. Go look at the prepared foods and compare to any other supermarket for an easy example.
