Burn Rate is a 3D tycoon about building the biggest AI company on the planet — and about what that does to the planet. Every server needs power. Every model needs water to cool it down. Every launch makes you richer… and the world around your campus a little hotter.

BUILD YOUR AI EMPIRE
• Start in a garage and grow through five eras: Startup, Unicorn, Big Tech and the Singularity
• Place server racks, data halls, cooling towers, solar farms, gas plants and nuclear reactors
• Buy land to expand — over the forest, the river and the town
• Train smarter models, launch them and watch users, hype and money pour in

WATCH THE WORLD REACT
• The same valley changes as you grow: green, dry, hot… and ash
• Rivers dry up, forests burn, neighbors move out
• Or invest in green tech — water recycling, tree nurseries, carbon capture and fusion — and try to bring it back

EVERY CHOICE HAS A PRICE
• Earthquakes, heatwaves, GPU shortages, regulators, protests, leaked model weights
• Aliens show up wanting to negotiate (they have opinions about your cooling)
• Each event is a decision: profit now, or a planet later?

• Rivals grow on their own in a live ranking — and they burn the planet too
