I don't understand why such a global bank could allow its APP having issues unsolved for more than 2 months. It is obviously an issue and you know there's an issue, and the action you take is put a notification on login page saying you android user might having problem login. And kept it like that for over 2 months. GREAT problem solving skill!

This app is difficult to use for someone who doesn't read Chinese characters. And worse is it won't allow copying of the screen so one could use a translator. The Hong Kong version also offers English. So does their Indian app. My opinion is that it is not very considerate to not offer English for Taiwan users who don't read Chinese. This app is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure if having to use. It often doesn't accept my password.

Please provide an English language version of this app asap. Citi was a preferred choice for many foreign professionals in Taiwan due to providing at least some of the services in English. DBS seems to have complete disregard for this customer group. Will give it a few months to see if they release an English version, if not, time to look for a new bank.
