it's now halfway through 2026. The app STILL cannot be used in English (on android 14) The bank employee told me it's possible, but then failed to find the setting on my phone to actually switch. The option of using the android "app language" feature.... is not available for the DBS app. Don't worry, I have only been asking since 2023. addition after bank response: don't you see how empty the response is. All of us have been asking for 3 years... and you are still "collecting voices" BAD BANK

should have english menu. it is hard for us foreigner

This app is difficult to use for someone who doesn't read Chinese characters. And worse is it won't allow copying of the screen so one could use a translator. The Hong Kong version also offers English. So does their Indian app. My opinion is that it is not very considerate to not offer English for Taiwan users who don't read Chinese. This app is one of the worst I have ever had the displeasure if having to use. It often doesn't accept my password.
