The bank still has not fixed the issue after intimating about the problem of the application still no response from the team, it's been 4 month, not able to open the app, it's loading and loading, if we keep trying for 20 minutes it won't open and allow us to access the app. quality and service needs to improve. Because of this we are not able to pay the payment.

Pathetic experience with the card and the app, wouldn't recommend this card. Edit on 1st Oct: Here are the details:- 1. You can't pay the card bill from any other app. Every time you need to enter the card details manually and enter the amount. Are we in 2010? 2. The app interface is poor, many things don't work. There are very limited things that you can do on the app.

Whenever I try to open the app it gets buffer like anything...even multiple refresh ...when I applied a credit card they approved 80k but finally I got 10k limit. where in other companies I am upgraded to premium card & 3lakh limit. You people are treating me so cheap ya... I am still using it but the app service was the worst compared to anyone ...
