Most pathetic application. keeps on refreshing. Cannot access any tabs. If by chance it becomes stable, Credit Card statement is neither available nor do they send the statement on email. Emailed them for a credit card statement but no response. I am fully stuck because of their horrible application and zero support.

The interface is not user friendly, even the app is overall not user friendly. If I want to go back it always asks for logout, you need to use the app's back button. Very slow app. You need to wait once you click on any option. Please try to make it fast or give card management options in the mobile banking app.

App has stability issues and option to write a query or access rewards section simply opens a new page and navigation on it is terrible. Tried submit a query from the app, the Submit button does not work. Moreover, there is no provision of making card payments even if you have a Savings Account - Needs a LOT of work
