I withdrew ₹400 from the ATM yesterday using my DBX card. Today, I noticed that an additional ₹500 has been charged as an advance payment + gst and my total outstanding amount is showing as ₹990. I do not understand why this ₹990 charge has been applied. Please provide a detailed explanation and reverse the charge if it has been applied incorrectly. I also do not wish to continue using this card. Therefore, I request you to close my DBX card account after resolving this issue.

Extremely frustrated! App shows "Security Violation" with fake errors like Sideloaded App, Accessibility Active & Vulnerable Android Version. My phone is 100% secure, fully updated & Play Protect shows zero threats. All other top bank apps work fine here. Today is my credit card bill due date & I'm locked out because of this broken app. Fix this bug immediately or pay for my late fines! Do not give automated replies, clear data/cache doesn't work.

The app does not open. There is an error showing as security violation. Critical security threat detected. Side loaded app. Non upgradable OS. Accessibility active. 1. There are no sideloaded app - Developer options is not enabled 2. Using latest version of Android 16. Updated till last security patch. 3. Accessibility settings are not at all enabled. Fix the issue
