Ratings and reviews

The interface is not user friendly, even the app is overall not user friendly. If I want to go back it always asks for logout, you need to use the app's back button. Very slow app. You need to wait once you click on any option. Please try to make it fast or give card management options in the mobile banking app.

Your system allows card usage across merchants, and after multiple successful transactions, the card suddenly gets blocked. Later, you ask for past three months’ invoices and GST statements, which is neither communicated upfront nor practical in many genuine cases. If DBS has an intelligent monitoring system, repeated transactions with the same merchant should be flagged or restricted proactively instead of allowing usage and blocking the card later without warning.Now my card has been blocked.

The app is extremely frustrating and poorly designed. The app bar keeps closing repeatedly, and the home page is permanently stuck on “processing.” Because of this, I cannot make payments or manage my existing card in any way. This is unacceptable for a banking app. The app is unstable, unreliable, and fails at basic functionality. Immediate action and a serious fix are required.
