The app gets crashed very often. The payment gateway is very bad, every time I try to make payment the amount gets deducted but i get payment failed message. Also the rewards points system is very clumsy. Tried to claim the points it is not getting accepted on other sites. Urgent app revamp is required. Very disappointed not expected from DBS.

Suddenly app is not working, I couldn't login via mpin even after resetting it shows same. I have to make some payments in the coming days. I usually turn off the usage after my need. I can't turn it on cause of difficulty logging in.. please fix it asap

I got a DBS Credit Card in March 2024 and regret it. After one use, surprise charges popped up. Their app is clunky, making things harder. Trying to talk to customer support is like talking to a wall; they never answer. Went to their branch for help, and even they admitted the card's flaws but didn't help. Feels like they're just after our money without caring for customer experience. My advice? Avoid this card. There are better options out there that respect you and your wallet.
