Ratings and reviews

The app lacks features that one would expect for submitting medical documents. you can't upload a PDF, only a picture of the receipt or other document but you can upload one on the website. Interface is clunky and not intuitive. While the web portal looks like it is from the 90s I prefer it over this app. Both have issues with MFA taking me in a circular loop.

The app now requires MFA and after entering the code it just circles back to the login screen. At that point, I had to request a second code be sent to me. After entering the new code the app was stuck on a loading screen. The website isn't much better, but at least I can get in.

MFA is a joke with this. App will not login and the data available on the app is different from the data available on the website (you can't see your card or claim statuses on the website, only the app) but the app won't even login with this useless MFA black hole. it was annoying enough having to decide between logging into an app or a website depending on what I wanted to do before but now it's just useless. asking my company to contract with a new company for fsa distribution in the future.
