Ratings and reviews

The app is *almost* useless by design. It's easy enough to submit receipts, but you can't do anything else worthwhile. You can not: check your account balance, see actual images previously uploaded, check the status of reimbursements, check your card status, or see rejections/reasons to guide submitting additional supporting documents.

Wow, it's genuinely worse than using their web site on my phone, that takes work. Seems like this is designed to prevent people from being able to use their FSA money.

The app now requires MFA and after entering the code it just circles back to the login screen. At that point, I had to request a second code be sent to me. After entering the new code the app was stuck on a loading screen. The website isn't much better, but at least I can get in.
