Why would you get rid of a phone line system that worked for booking cars and replace it with an app that doesn't work?! If this thing actually had a working interface like Uber it would be perfect. But instead you get "Waiting to arrange" for 10 mins. It might arrive and still say that, or change to Arranged but never come. No number to call and check, no visual representation of where your car is, and no halfway reliable advance booking. And the price still goes up every 12 months 🤣

The recent update improved some things and hurted others: 1) When checking the schedule for the ferry or buses, the app used to automatically switch to the correct schedule, such as to "Sunday & PH" on a Sunday/Public Holiday, but no longer does. 2) Both previously and now, the hire car booking system is opaque and unreliable, being stuck on "Waiting to arrange" for ages with no indication of availablity. - etc... There are a range of issues that plague the app's UI/UX and general functionality.

Horrible app. The hire car service is frustrating as I never get ANY notifications. Worst communication ever. I am very upset with the hire car service, it's very unpredictable, it makes living in DB a nightmare. On a good night I would be able to get on a hire car and be on time to work. On a bad day, I would have to wait for up to 45 mins for a car to take me from my house to the taxi stand.
