Why would you get rid of a phone line system that worked for booking cars and replace it with an app that doesn't work?! If this thing actually had a working interface like Uber it would be perfect. But instead you get "Waiting to arrange" for 10 mins. It might arrive and still say that, or change to Arranged but never come. No number to call and check, no visual representation of where your car is, and no halfway reliable advance booking. And the price still goes up every 12 months 🤣

A new replaced app with your typical HK format of just having clutter and a bunch of irrelevant information not related to key transport information required. They send out push notifications, you click it and it doesn't go to the notice. Where this notice is burried is anyone's guess? Timetables are confusing to read through. App resembles a low budget app designed by school students.

garbage app. doesn't notify you whether you get a car or not. have to manually refresh the booking page. only 2 minutes warning on top of this. by the time you realise you got a car (rare to even get one) it might be gone by the time you get outside. Really simple fix - app should push notification if a vehicle is arranged.
