DigiPay is an employee and workforce management application that provides separate functionality for Employees and Administrators. When the application is opened, the user is first presented with a Role Selection screen, where they can choose either Employee or Admin.
Employee Flow
After selecting Employee, the user enters their login credentials. The application then requests biometric authentication for secure access. After successful authentication, the employee is taken to the Employee Dashboard.
From the dashboard, employees can:
Punch In / Punch Out to record their daily attendance.
View and download their salary slip by selecting the required month.
Upload and manage their required documents through Uploaded Documents.
Use the Travel Tracker to record travel-related information for future expense claims.
Access Tasks, which is currently available for future functionality.
Access Settings, which is currently reserved for future functionality.
View their Profile when profile access permission has been granted to them.
At the center of the Employee Dashboard, there is a "+" button that provides access to employee requests. Employees can submit:
Leave ,
Advance Payment ,
On Duty ,
Expense ,
Once submitted, these requests are forwarded to the Admin Approvals section for review and approval.
The Employee application also includes a bottom navigation bar containing Home, Tasks, and Settings, along with profile-related access.
Admin Flow
After selecting Admin from the Role Selection screen, the administrator logs in and accesses the Admin Dashboard.
The Admin Dashboard provides an overview of the organization's workforce, including:
Total Employees
Active Employees
Inactive Employees
Inactive employees include employees who have been terminated or have resigned.
The dashboard also provides summary cards for:
Total Salary
PF
ESI
A month selection option allows the administrator to select a specific month. After selecting the month, the Salary, PF, and ESI cards display the corresponding values for that month.
Attendance Summary
The Admin Dashboard includes an Attendance Summary section. The administrator can select a specific date and synchronize the attendance data.
When an employee has both a Punch In and Punch Out record, the employee is considered present.
The attendance summary displays attendance counts, and the administrator can select a count to view the corresponding employee list.
Employee Attendance Records
DigiPay also displays employee attendance records that are generated through the organization's Web Portal. If an attendance record has been created through the Web Portal, it can be viewed in the DigiPay application.
Travel
The Admin section also provides access to the Travel Tracker, where travel-related records can be viewed and managed.
Approvals
The Approvals section allows administrators to review requests submitted by employees, including:
Leave requests
Advance Payment requests
On Duty requests
Expense requests
Administrators can review these requests and take the appropriate approval action.
More / Organization Management
The More section provides administrative management options, including permissions and organizational configuration.
Before creating employees, the administrator can configure important organizational information such as:
Departments
Designations
Work Locations
Pay Schedules
These configurations can then be used when creating and managing employee records.
Profile and Appearance
The administrator can access the profile section from the profile area. The application also provides options related to the organization's logo and theme, allowing the administrator to manage the application's appearance.
