This game has become completely unfair. Today in the horde battle, one horde was allowed to start two hours before others, giving them a huge advantage — they captured all the forts before anyone else could join. The developers don’t seem to recognize how unbalanced this is, and support feels like talking to a bot. To make matters worse, moderators ban players just for mentioning this issue. Really disappointing for long-time players. The game used to be fun, but now it’s frustrating and biased.

can you give an option to kick players we dont invite in our feast..also need more tokens for advisors like tomoe gozen , ken arok , marco polo , hercules, amal , vilma which are hard to earn

Been playing the game for 200 days non-stop (half way to be VIP7) and experiences lots of login problems, dying server, seeing people migrated to new servers, people who left the game with so much disappointment, etc. Added with how bad the customer service responded to our complaints regarding the game experience. However, I keep playing the game for no reason of waiting if one day they could bring back the excitement.
