In order to smoothly sell goods at concerts and events held by Upfront Group DC Factory Co., Ltd., all you have to do is enter the order for the desired product on your smartphone in advance and present the QR code screen at the sales floor. It is an order application that allows you to easily place an order.

Until now, we have accepted orders orally, but by using this app, we will shorten the time it takes to make a purchase and eliminate the waiting time due to customers waiting in line at the sales floor.

It can only be used at concert/event venues that sell goods using this app. Concerts and events where this app can be used will be announced in this app at any time.

This application is an application that creates an order list for the products you want to purchase, so it does not guarantee the purchase commitment or inventory of the product.

Even if you have completed order entry with this app and issued a QR code, there is a possibility that the product you wish to purchase may be sold out when you arrive at the sales floor. Please note that you will not be able to purchase the product if it is sold out.
Information on sold-out products can be confirmed in real time on this app.

For payment when purchasing products, please tell the sales staff your desired payment method when presenting the QR code screen at the sales floor, and pay the price at the sales floor. Payment cannot be made through this app.

[How to use UF Goods Order]
・Select a concert/event
・Search for products by keyword such as category, artist name, etc.
・Select the product, check the details, and add it to the order list
・Check the items selected from the order list and the total purchase amount, confirm the purchase, and issue the QR code.
・ Present the QR code screen at the sales floor
・Tell the salesperson your desired payment method and pay at the sales floor.
