About this app

Shifpon is a shift management service that allows store owners and staff to collect work requests, create, confirm, and share shifts all within a single app. It can be used by stores and teams that need to coordinate work days and times, such as restaurants, retail stores, and salons.

[How to Use]
1. The owner creates a store and sets the business hours, roles, and required number of staff for each time slot.
2. Staff join the store via an invitation link or QR code and submit their available days and times, as well as their desired number of working days.
3. The owner reviews the collected requests and required staff and creates a draft shift. The automatically generated draft can be manually reviewed and adjusted.
4. Once the owner confirms the shift, staff can check their confirmed shifts in the app.

App download and staff functions are free.

App accounts using owner functions for the first time are granted a 45-day free trial period. After the free trial period ends, owner functions can be used with a monthly subscription of 555 yen (tax included) on Google Play (auto-renewal). You can cancel at any time from Google Play and continue using the service until the end of the paid period. The usage rights apply to all stores owned by the same app account.

The standard limit for the number of stores that can be created is 3. Purchasing the ¥345 (tax included) store expansion pack once will increase the limit to 10 stores per app account. This is a one-time purchase; there is no expiration date, automatic renewal, or automatic billing. The actual price and purchase details can be confirmed on the Google Play screen before confirming the purchase.

Automatically generated shifts are drafts. Please review the work conditions and store operating rules, and use them only after the owner has confirmed them.
