Needlessly tedious, buggy, and sometimes just outright doesn't work at all. (12/7 edit - dropping 2 to 1 star: the recent update has stopped it from working at all unless you know the tricks to get it past the loading screen. It no longer keeps you logged in. Uploading photos often glitches. Selecting a location is almost completely unusable, again unless you know the tricks to get it to work. And you can no longer swipe words to fill out each text input; you have to type one letter at a time)

Currently this app is not functioning properly, the location function isn't accurate, it freezes, and error messages pop up; you can't edit to correct the location and oftenhave to dial 311 to to contact city services. Some workers need this app as a part of our job.

After the latest update this app is "trash". when I open it I get the 311 splash screen for about 2 full minutes before I can do anything. I could not submit a SR for missed garbage collection - I get an error message saying that there is no description for my service request. Typical DC - nothing works.
