Needlessly tedious, buggy, and sometimes just outright doesn't work at all. (12/7 edit - dropping 2 to 1 star: the recent update has stopped it from working at all unless you know the tricks to get it past the loading screen. It no longer keeps you logged in. Uploading photos often glitches. Selecting a location is almost completely unusable, again unless you know the tricks to get it to work. And you can no longer swipe words to fill out each text input; you have to type one letter at a time)

The address step is broken so the app is barely functioning. City residents shouldn't have to troubleshoot workarounds to report problems to the city. Clearly not something that Bowser's OUC or Pinto with council oversight care about. Convenient that I can no longer report city workers parking illegally and failing to provide basic services like picking up public trash cans. Unbelievable waste of resources for a broken application and my time to create tickets that can't be submitted.

Glitchy, slow, and keeps freezing and crashing. It wasn't this bad before, I don't know what happened. The city probably thinks they are getting less service requests because the people are making less service requests, and not because their app to make service requests is broken.
