About this app

Suppliers, after you deliver GNFR goods or services to a Walmart store, you can use the 'Walmart - Service Receipts' app to submit a Service Receipt to a Walmart Store Approver for approval. Your business can later link the Service Receipt to an invoice sent to Walmart as proof of GNFR services or GNFR goods delivery.

Using the app is simple. Just download the app to your mobile device and enter the credentials you received from your organization's Accounts Receivable Administrator. Once in the app, you'll be able to view instructions for how to create a Service Receipt and submit it for approval.

Don't have login credentials? Contact your Accounts Receivable Administrator to enable your 'Service Receipt Entry' role in the system. After they enable your role, you'll receive an email with login credentials.

This app is an essential to running our services and we will not get paid without receipt. As of yesterday it was working fine all of a sudden it will not allow all any of our Android uses to access. It simply will not open. And there is no phone number to contact a live agent in regards to any issues you may exspirence. Very poor app

The app is very simple. I gave it 2 stars because instead of getting a simple signature and being done. Now you have to link your service receipt to a managers email. Then that manager has to go into the app and manually approve your receipt. We still have pending service receipts. Some of these managers are not being responsible or dedicated to their part of the process. If the receipt isn't approved my company cannot send an invoice to get paid. It seems very unprofessional at the moment.

Linking a service receipt to a managers email to wait for an approval to attach to an invoice to submit to a portal requires unnecessary additional work simply to be paid for a service we've already provided. Our Walmart location wouldn't answer our phone calls and even when we showed up on premise wouldn't answer our questions. It took 5 months to get this set-up needing Walmart corporate to directly reach out to our Walmart twice for action. Still waiting on payments six months later.
