If I could give a zero I would. App never works custom service may response if it takes days to respond with no solution. I have been trying to use the app For the last 2 months reached out by phone and text no reply spoke with someone she said problem was going to be fix by the end of the day never happened I asked about the problem she said verify my license I haven't uploaded another it hasn't expired anyone able to use the app are they planning to shut down this is very bizarre 🤔

horrible experience and was unable to finish uploading documents because the screen froze on the thinking mode. I also tried to uninstall and reinstall the to see if that would fix it but no luck.

THIS APP IS A JOKE, KEPT GLITCHING, THEN IT TELL ME TO RESIGN UP AFTER I DID, THEN IT WONT ACCEPT MY SS#, SOMEONE CALLED ME SAID ONBOARDING ID COMPLETE THEN BACKGROUND WILL TAKE 7 DAYS TO GET BACK, IT CAME BACK TODAY FROM YARDSTIK AND THE APP STILL TELLING ME TO SIGN UP,UP TO THE TIME I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT. PLEASE FIX THIS MESS.

Facilities can now add the providers they trust to an Auto-Approval list. If a facility adds you, you can claim their open shifts instantly, with no waiting on approval. We’ll let you know when you’ve been added, and their shifts are clearly marked so you know which ones are yours to grab.
