Beware. A coworkers account was deactivated because she owed them a penny somehow. I really thought I wouldn't have issues but man was I wrong. They took out half the price of a background check in a state I've never worked in through Switch after they asked me and I said no. They said they would refund the money and never did. I didn't trust they wouldn't take the other half out of my next shift considering they continued to "escalate". Then they restricted my account without paying it back.

If I could give a zero I would. App never works custom service may response if it takes days to respond with no solution. I have been trying to use the app For the last 2 months reached out by phone and text no reply spoke with someone she said problem was going to be fix by the end of the day never happened I asked about the problem she said verify my license I haven't uploaded another it hasn't expired anyone able to use the app are they planning to shut down this is very bizarre 🤔

Not always alot of shifts in Mesquite or this side of Dallas county, but love the daily pay options. So often, take somethg little farther then preferred distance to travel, due to next day compensation.
