DDD Roadside Mobile helps Cincinnati-area customers request roadside assistance from DDD Roadside Assistance.

Use the app to book or send a service request for jump starts, tire help, lockouts, fuel delivery, oil changes, brake help, rotors, and other on-site service needs. Customers can call or text DDD, share location with permission during an active request, view booking status, and receive service updates.

The app connects with DDD Tech App and DDDCincy.com so DDD staff can see incoming bookings, confirm requests, update service progress, send ETA/status updates, and complete jobs.
