About this app
Your appointments, sessions and packages from the salons and studios you visit, in one place. You can also add appointments from places that are not on Defty yet.
If you visit a hair salon, beauty salon, pilates studio or gym that uses Dükkan Defteri, sign in with your phone number and your businesses appear automatically. No password, no card details.
TODAY AND TOMORROW
The home screen shows your next appointment front and centre. Below it are your businesses and everything for today and tomorrow in one list: salon appointments, your own plans and payment days.
NEARBY
See hair salons, barbers, nail studios, pilates studios and gyms near you by type. Places where you can book on Defty come first. Suggest a place that is not on Defty, or add it to your own records. We use your location only when you tap "Use my location", and only approximately; you can pick a district instead.
MY CALENDAR
Add your hairdresser, your yoga class or your own plans, even if they are not on Defty. Set repeating reminders such as "nails every 21 days" and your phone reminds you when it is time.
You can also note the service you had and how many sessions you have left.
Only you can see your calendar.
BOOK
Find salons and studios that use Dükkan Defteri, pick the service, the specialist and a time, and book right in the app. If a business does not take online bookings, call it with one button.
CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
When a business asks you to confirm, tap "I'll be there" or "I can't come". If you cannot make it, change the day, or cancel after seeing the cancellation rule.
MY PACKAGES
Sessions left, membership end dates and subscriptions you added yourself, on one screen. Each business card also shows your stamps and rewards; show your reward at the till.
MY ACCOUNTS AND BUDGET
Type your monthly income and spending yourself; "groceries 245" is enough. Add your bank, cash box or wallet by name in My accounts; you enter the opening balance and the estimated balance updates with your entries. See where your money goes in a ring chart and keep recurring payments in one list. There is no bank connection and we never ask for card, IBAN or account numbers. Only you can see this.
MEMORIES
Before and after photos from your visits that you choose to add are kept in Memories. Only you can see them.
SUGGEST A BUSINESS
Is your favourite place not on Defty? Type its name and city and suggest it to us; we will invite it to Defty.
YOUR PRIVACY
• Your calendar, the packages you add, your accounts and your budget are never shown to businesses.
• On the Nearby screen we use your location only at that moment and approximately; we do not store it.
• No ads and no tracking across apps.
• Promotional notifications are a separate permission and start switched off. Turn them off any time in Account > Permissions.
• Notifications from health service providers never show the service name.
• You can delete your account inside the app, from the Account screen.
Defty is free. There are no in-app purchases. The app is in Turkish.
