Dakshin Dinajpur District Administration has decided to implement citizen App and Web Portal (DDISHA) for garbage collection grievance redressal management and also for house-hold water connection issues.
A workflow-based engine at the back-end drives the entire complaint management system and also helps citizen to get notifications related to the hygiene and sanitation initiatives of district administration.
