Mos aspects of the app are pretty easy to use. The huge problem is that you can't tell if the door is locked unless you can see the lock which makes it usless if i have to walk up to ot to check. It would would be advantageous if the app changed colors when the lock was unlocked or locked. Or if the big lock icon on the app was open or closed when the app was locked or unlocked.

I continuously get operation failed. I could literally be holding my phone up against the unit and it still will say operation failed. I've been trying to create a custom passcode for somebody to use and it continuously keeps telling me that it's failing and then when I try it again it says that that passcode is already taken but if you go back it's not in the list of passcodes that I've created. I don't understand what's happening. It's super frustrating though.

This is by far THE WORST app to use. The lock looks great. I cannot get it the app to sync to the lock. It says it can't find the lock! Totally unacceptable when my phone is on Bluetooth with full reception and my phone is touching the lock. I will have to have write a rating on Amazon for someone to call me back.
