Ratings and reviews

The network setup is a complete joke, it doesn't work at all. 2 inches from the hub and air con unit, struggles to detect the network and then will not send the details over to the air con unit at all. Really poor app, obviously hasn't been tested at all. Annoyingly the app has functions for your device that you cannot do with a remote control. Feels like a scam.

Scheduling is very unreliable. Machine continues working beyond intended time horizons or does not start when it should do. Also, why are the functions only available by integration in a WiFi network? Scheduling for example could also be just available on a local basis while standing next to the device (but maybe more reliable)... I don't need to be able to change the schedule from work, however the device should do what it is told to.

Constantly have to re-login every time I use the app. You can't us me the app without Bluetooth turned on but since it is already on the home network I can't fathom why. Slow response to control inputs for the minutes you are logged in before it will log you out again. Worse compared to the my Dyson app. It is a bad experience overall and somehow manages to be less functional than just using the AC's remote.
