About this app

Spotter Location allows storm spotters and storm chasers out in the field to track their location. Spotter Location integrates with the Spotter Network API. This integration allows location coordinates to be uploaded to Spotter Network, and for storm spotters or storm chasers to submit Severe Storm Reports directly from the Spotter Location. Spotters can also see current storm reports on a map as well as other spotters location out in the field.

Ratings and reviews

It's not bad, but I don't like the fact that I have to continuously go into the app and hit the start button as it shuts off my Beacon location. Not very helpful during chase season and my colleagues can't find me on radar.

Works great with reporting location via spotter network and appears in all maps visible with spotters. The only issue people may find is it isn't modern and is old-ish. I recommend buying.

App works fine, have it updating my position every two minutes. My spotter beacon most of the time is not showing up on the map for some reason. I have set all of my phones background app usage to the correct values to allow the app to send uninterrupted. Any thaughts?
