It's great on the occasions it works. Getting connected goes relatively smoothly but there doesn't appear to be any communication between the amp and the app. I've followed the manual to reset my Bluetooth connection, cleared cache, rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc. Hope it gets resolved. Alot of money for an amp and this was a big selling point for me.

I've used the app for the iPad and it worked good until my iPad crashed, I have a droid phone and this doesn't seem to work for long before it changes the presets, or won't connect, it say transfer failed when I try to load from the library. I bought a new droid tablet and it does the same on it. Not sure if it's the app or a problem with my amp. It only works for less than an hour so I've managed to transfer a set from the library and wrote down the presets Let's how it does with no app

I've purchased Black Spirit 200 Floor and installed relative App from Play Store on my Google PixelBook. It takes way too long to connect PixelBook to the Amp (3-5 minutes). When I switch off the Amp it never reconnects to the PixelBook again, even if I click "Connect" on Black Spirit 200 F f615 in the list of paired devices. In order to get the pair working, I have to remove Black Spirit 200 F f615 from the list of paired devices and connect it again (3-5 minutes) . Irritating...

Hi Tim, the PixelBook is listetd as a compatible device, so in general it should work. When it connects after 3 to 5 minutes is means the bluetooth itself on the amp is working. If you have another device to check, it would help to find out of the connection is faster. Don´t forget to reset bluetooth on the amp before connecting to another device.
