Very disappointing experience with delatcity .. I bought a kitchen scale and it was just plastic scale low quality and over priced .. so i wanted to return but the customer service man is blaming me for my desire to return back and told me i have to pay again for delivery although i already paid for delivery to buy it ..

Date of birth on registration should be more flexible to accept year and month selection.. to add my birthday I foced to click on next button month by month backwards till my year of birthday.. the app is nice and simple but need to inhance the loading issues

First impression and experience last. Very nice app, to register birthdate takes eternity and when you reach the destination. Perfect wrong entry.
