What have you done to the app, i already had an account but now it forces you to create a new one with mobile num er instead of email. ÀND i have lost all my previous order history !!! FIX IT

Very disappointing experience with delatcity .. I bought a kitchen scale and it was just plastic scale low quality and over priced .. so i wanted to return but the customer service man is blaming me for my desire to return back and told me i have to pay again for delivery although i already paid for delivery to buy it ..

Date of birth on registration should be more flexible to accept year and month selection.. to add my birthday I foced to click on next button month by month backwards till my year of birthday.. the app is nice and simple but need to inhance the loading issues
