Bad experience with UI so far. I tried to open product to see detail then it is showing something wrong. Once I tried to open from the category then it still just loading. I think need to work on improving performance. It is very slow for now.

I placed my first order worth ₹124 on DealShare and paid by Cash on Delivery. As per the first order offer, it was clearly mentioned that orders above ₹99 would get 1kg onion and 1kg potato free. But I did not receive any of the free items. Only a few regular products were delivered . There is no option to raise a complaint in the app, and no proper customer support. This is very disappointing and feels like a fake offer to mislead customers. please look into the matter.

I received an expired item from DealShare. After several requests, it was finally picked up — but it’s been 3 days and no refund or exchange has been initiated. The app’s customer support is just an AI bot — no real help, no human contact, no updates. I had to return here just to leave this review because there’s no proper way to escalate issues. Very frustrating experience.
