Ratings and reviews

The app will just one day stop working. I then clear data and cache, hoping that will work but it doesnt. The app opens, but you cant put your info in any of the fields and the screen is simply frozen upon opening. Nothing works, so I end up having to uninstall it and reinstall it. This has happened several times. Edit: this app continues to get worse. Even after re installing several times, it eventually decides that once you click on your account, it will crash. Consistently unreliable

Delays transfer dates or transactions to next bank business day so if you do something after Friday 2pm it doesn't get credited until after 8am Monday, even though the bank is open on Saturday. Before it was instantaneous, but they changed it so it is easier to go into the branch and do transactions face to face than through the app.

I love Dean Bank. I've been a customer for a looong time. The app is a nice extension of the bank giving me the ability to manage my finances instantly. I'm sure there could be more you could add to the app, but forme, it's perfect,
