🔐 QR Code Access Control
Each resident generates personalized QR codes for their visitors, family members, or suppliers. The security guard scans the code from the app, and the system automatically registers entry or exit, eliminating the need for notebooks, paper, or unnecessary phone calls. Codes can be single-use or have a defined expiration date.

📋 Detailed Entry and Exit Log
Keeps a complete record of everyone entering and leaving the community. Each resident can see who entered with their authorization, at what time, and for how long. Administrators have access to comprehensive reports that can be filtered by date, resident, vehicle, or visitor type.

🚨 Panic Button
In any emergency situation within the community, a resident or security guard can activate the panic button with a single touch. The alert is immediately sent to security, administration, and configured emergency contacts, including the location and profile of the person who activated the alert, for a rapid and coordinated response.

👥 Resident and Visitor Management
Each house or apartment has its own profile within the app. Residents authorize visitor access in advance or on the spot. Frequent service providers such as housekeepers, gardeners, or delivery drivers can be registered, streamlining their access without compromising control or security.
