DEA Service is the App that allows DEA Project customers to open a ticket to report a problem on one of the purchased equipment, monitor the progress of the ticket and provide more information when requested by the support staff. At the same time, the App allows the assistance centers affiliated with DEA Project to monitor the progress of the tickets opened by customers and assigned to them and to complete them.
