Routes: the route set and how many run each day (fewer on Saturday/Sunday) is defined
Time off: a daily cap on approved days off (weekday vs. weekend caps differ) — the approve call returns a 409 once a day is full, whoever clicks it.
One driver, one route per day. Assigning someone to a route pulls them off whatever route they were on that date.
Approved leave clears the board. Approving a day off automatically unassigned that driver from that day's routes.
Route board edits are staged. The dashboards Board tab batches drop down changes locally and only writes/broadcasts them when "Save changes" is clicked.
Phone numbers and Pins are leadership-only. Names are visible to everyone (used for chat).
#leadership is filtered at the API and the socket, so a driver can't read it by calling the endpoint directly.
Pay stubs are time-delayed. A stub only becomes visible to its driver 7 days after the week it covers ends.
