Works okay i wish you could enter in all debts like electric, gas, internet, other monthly expenses and be able to lable each one seperate that would be awesome

Hello Casey and thank you for your feedback. This was not included due to the following. Items such as monthly food expenditures, utility bills, and entertainment expenses are not included in your debt-to-income ratio. Though you clearly have to budget money to pay for these expenses, they are not used by lenders when calculating your DTI
