Case Files is a tool for organizing, securing, and transferring digital case materials. It was created for people who need to manage documents, photos, recordings, and files—and maintain complete control over them.

WHAT DOES CASE FILES GIVE YOU?

• Case Files—manage each case in a separate file, with materials organized in one place.
• Material Security—Case Files calculates a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) for each file and saves it along with the date and source description.
• File and Package Check—verify at any time that the material has not been changed since it was added.
• Activity History—Case Files records who added, reviewed, downloaded, or shared the material and when.
• Material Packages—prepare an organized package for transfer and share it with access control.
• Login via email, Apple, or Google.
