About this app

With Foobar Link you can controll a foobar player with your Android smartphone or tablet.
To use the app, you must add the Beefweb Remote Control component (foo_beefweb) to your foobar installation.
The main features are:
- Choose any of your playlists
- See the details of the currently playing track
- Start a different track
- Design the layout of the playlist and the player view
- Add tracks from your music library

Ratings and reviews

Really nice app that works well on my phone. Only issue I have run across is that sometimes the album art gets "Stuck" on a certain album. Don't really know how to recreate the behavior. Also, a big request that I have that I've seen on similar players is the ability to pull in custom metadata using title script and whatnot (a big reason I'd use this is to easily identify if a track playing is a "Loved Track" from that tag).

Hello, please consider adding a progress bar and track timings to the Album layout as an option, maybe minified. Also, there is an issue when interacting with the progress bar (seeking), we need to see time hints showing what seconds of the track we chose.

Please add song ratings (for example in my fb2k I use '$repeat($get_global(symbol_rating),$if3(%rating%,$meta(rating))) $get_global(special_color2) $repeat($get_global(symbol_rating),$sub(5,$if3(%rating%,$meta(rating))))'), oled theme and cover settings. Also I wish for songs without covers we could set a custom dummy cover or inherit it from foobar's dummy cover image (I use a png image with alpha channel)
