About this app

DeCMR puts the administrative control document (DeCA), the national consignment note, and the international eCMR consignment note on the driver's mobile phone, allowing them to be shown with a QR code at any roadside checkpoint.

WHAT IT SOLVES
Since October 5, 2026, the road goods transport control document must be presentable electronically to the Civil Guard and transport inspectors. DeCMR generates the control document, signs it, and stores it on the driver's mobile phone: no paper, no printer, and no dependence on network coverage.

THE THREE TRANSPORT DOCUMENTS
• DeCA, electronic administrative control document for the national transport of goods, with the content required by Spanish regulations.

• National consignment note: the transport contract, with the signatures of the shipper, the carrier, and the consignee, reservations for damages, and the freight price.

• eCMR, international consignment note of the CMR Convention: available for the 40 countries where the Additional Protocol is in force. When the transport is marked as international, the Convention boxes and the mandatory mention appear.

• Passenger route sheet for discretionary passenger transport.

WHO IS IT FOR?
• Self-employed carriers who issue their own control documents from their mobile devices.

• Transport companies and fleets that distribute documents among their drivers and manage them from the web panel.

• Shippers, consignors, and consignees, who complete and sign their part via a link, without installing anything.

• Drivers and truckers: the app is a viewer. It does not edit or track; it only displays the document on the road.

• Management companies and logistics operators that issue transport documentation for third parties.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Issue the DeCA, the consignment note, or the eCMR from the app or the web panel, with the details of the goods, the route, license plates, and the price.

2. Each party involved in the transport receives their link and completes or signs their section from their mobile device: shipper, carrier, and consignee.

3. The driver opens the app and displays the QR code. Whoever scans it sees the current document with all signatures.

4. Once the document is complete, the final copy is emailed to all parties.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE AND EVIDENTIARY VALUE
Each signature is made on the device itself, with a timestamp and the signer's identity linked to the document. The waybill accepts the shipper's signature, the carrier's signatures (one upon delivery and one upon arrival), and the consignee's signature, with reservations for damage if the goods arrive damaged. If the issuer modifies the document, the affected signatures are flagged and must be redone: no one presents a version that no longer describes the transport.

ON THE ROAD
Inspection Mode maximizes the brightness and displays the QR code full screen. The officer scans it and sees the document as is, without installing anything and without the driver having to search through papers. It works offline: the document lives on your mobile device.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
• No tracking: we don't follow the driver, we don't use location services in the background, and there are no maps or location histories.

• Seamless: those without the app sign via a link in their browser.

• A single document for the entire transport chain, always in its current version.

• Clear notifications: who needs to sign, what's missing, and when everything is ready.

• Designed for the trucker's mobile device, not an office.
