Not a phone lock. Just one question before you open an app: how long this time?
PactMe is a screen time manager that works at the moment it matters. Every time you open an app you tend to lose hours in, PactMe asks you to set a time limit first. When time is up, a cooldown starts, so you spend less time on your phone and more on what actually matters.
DECIDE FIRST, NOT AFTER THE FACT
Most screen time apps tell you "5 hours today" when the time is already gone. PactMe steps in when you open the app:
1. Pick the apps you want to keep in check: short videos, social media, games, shopping
2. Each time you open one, choose how long you need
3. When time is up, PactMe reminds you to stop and a cooldown begins
4. Stay out during the cooldown, and that pact is kept
THREE MODES, AS STRICT AS YOU WANT
• Reminder: a gentle nudge when you reopen during a cooldown, then you decide
• Delayed: wait a moment before you can continue, so the urge can pass
• Strict: the app stays blocked until the cooldown ends (PRO)
SEE WHERE YOUR SCREEN TIME GOES
• Today's record: every pact kept and every pact broken
• Time-of-day breakdown: find the hours when you scroll the most
• Daily, weekly and monthly stats and trends (weekly and monthly are PRO)
• Personal suggestions: when one app keeps breaking pacts, PactMe suggests a stricter mode or a longer cooldown

ABOUT PERMISSIONS
• Usage access: to know which app you are using and time it
• Display over other apps: to show the pact prompt when you open an app
• Accessibility service: only needed on some custom systems where usage access cannot detect the foreground app. PactMe reads only the foreground app's package name, never text, messages or anything else on your screen
• Notifications: to show that PactMe is running
Usage analytics and crash reports can be turned off anytime in Settings.
Every time you stop on time, you keep a pact with yourself.
Set a time limit before you open an app. Cooldowns help you cut screen time.
