When the app worked for 2 hours it was great. Now it won't open at all. Tried two different devices (Samsung Galaxy S23+ and Samsung Galaxy S21 FE). Opens then crashes within 3 seconds. Just bought a DEENKEE D40 robot vacuum and I love the vacuum but the app is completely useless. I'll try it on an older iPhone and see if the iOS version works any better. Unfortunate since the vacuum is flawless. Have emailed the company but due to other reviews I've seen, they don't care.

Absolutely rubbish Just got the Robot from Amazon. Tried all sorts to connect it to the app via the router, impossible. I then resorted to switch other phone on to Mobile Hotspot, to provide this pbone and the device with a common net work. I gess i will just be pressing the button on the robot to get it started. I woulg return it if it wasnt for the extremelly low price I paid for it! Sort this out Deenkee

Super unimpressed that the old app was changed and new sign in is required... And the amount of personal information to be collected now to setup a Bluetooth enabled device for my home!!!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! No location is needed, or camera.... The devise is amazing for the cost and works great why ruin it with the app change??
