About this app

Vigilia Guardias is the work app for security personnel in complexes and buildings managed with the Vigilia platform. It is not an app for residents or the general public: it requires a security guard account created by the property management.

ACCESS CONTROL
• Registers visitor entry and exit with photo
• Verifies prior authorizations created by residents
• View frequent visitors and authorized vehicles

VIRTUAL INTERCOM
• Notifies residents of visitor arrivals and receives their response in seconds
• Request history with results

PACKAGE DELIVERY
• Registers received packages with photo and automatically notifies residents
• Delivery with resident digital signature

SECURITY ROUNDS
• Checkpoint entry with QR code scanning
• GPS validation that the check-in occurs at the correct location
• Record incidents with photo during the round

EMERGENCIES
• Receives emergency alerts from residents in real time
• Responds to and documents each emergency

IMPORTANT: This app is exclusively for security guards of properties using the Vigilia platform. Access is granted by the administration of each property.
